We are looking to hire a Digital guru in a Business Development role. If you excel at consultative selling, networking and opening doors and want to have a huge impact on a small and growing Digital Agency in its next exciting stage of growth, this maybe the right opportunity for you. The ideal candidate would be a strategic and creative thinker who enjoys working closely in a collaborative and fun environment without stifling hierarchy and where the ‘Big Idea’ rules.
Your responsibilities include: 

  • Defining and identifying potential sales targets, new verticals and partnership opportunities to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Cultivate and expand agency partnerships by developing a detailed understanding of the client needs and ensuring these are met.
  • Develop and nurture senior-level relationships with existing clients/direct prospects across verticals.
  • Prepare and conduct presentations that demonstrate an understanding of a client’s objectives.
  • Maintain updated and detailed records of prospective clients, meetings, and subsequent follow-ups.

You should possess: 

  • 3-5 years of solutions sales experience with experience in consultative selling
  • Proven sales skills (lead generation/prospecting and sales presentations)
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising technology and emerging trends
  • Outstanding written, verbal and presentation skills
  • A proven ability to collaborate and establish relationships
  • Sense of humour a must!
  • Resides in New Cairo or surroundings
